Regional Subsidiary Fund Dispatch

Introduction

Enterprises with subsidiaries across multiple markets often face uneven fund distribution — some markets have surplus balances while others are under-funded. This use case is targeted towards corporate treasury teams and group-level financial controllers that need to monitor cash positions across entities and rebalance liquidity on demand.
For example, a multinational enterprise with a Hong Kong headquarters and subsidiaries in the US, UK, Singapore, and Japan can redistribute funds from surplus markets to deficit markets in real time, replacing slow SWIFT transfers with instant ledger-to-ledger (L2L) movements.

Example

Let's say you are a multinational enterprise headquartered in Hong Kong with subsidiary operations in the US, UK, Singapore, and Japan. Each subsidiary maintains its own World Account with balances in local currencies. At the end of the month, the US subsidiary has a large USD surplus while the Japan subsidiary needs additional JPY for supplier payouts.
