Single Payout

Global Payout is a core feature of Global Spend that allows businesses to send, pay, and withdraw money globally across 200+ countries and territories in 100+ currencies. It serves as a centralised, high-speed payment hub, designed to bypass slow traditional SWIFT bank transfers by utilising local clearing networks.
As a business owner sourcing globally or managing an international workforce, you can withdraw cash to your own accounts or make payments to the bank accounts of your global suppliers, contractors, or business partners in multiple currencies.
Note: You need to add and verify the payee's account first before you can successfully make a payout, regardless of whether it's a same-name account or a third-party account. Learn how to add and verify your payee through Beneficiaries.

Key Benefits

  • Speed: 80% of payments land on the same day for major currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, SGD, AUD, etc.). 95% of pay-to-bank-account transactions arrive within 24 hours.
  • Cost-Effective: International payments start at low, flat fees ($3-$10), and payments between World Account holders are free ($0).
  • Traceability: End-to-end payment tracking is available to monitor the status of funds.
  • Compliance: Fully compliant with cross-border payment regulations, including China's SAFE requirements.
  • Clearing Network Selection: Specify the clearing network (SEPA, FPS, SWIFT, etc.) for each payout, or let the system auto-select the optimal route.

How it Works

  • Fund Collection & Holding: Users receive payments from marketplaces, tax authorities, or customers directly into their multi-currency World Account. Funds can be held in over 20 currencies, allowing users to avoid unnecessary currency conversions.
  • Setting Up Beneficiaries: Users create and verify payees (beneficiaries) within the portal or via API, including options for individual, corporate, or same-name bank accounts.
  • Initiating Payments: Payments can be made immediately from the available balance, with competitive FX rates applied if a currency conversion is required.
  • Batch Payout: Supports batch transfers of up to 200 payouts per batch, enabling efficient payroll runs and marketplace seller settlements.
  • Supplier Payments: Users can pay suppliers directly, particularly in China via 1688.com, or make free, instant transfers to other World Account holders.
A single payout transfers money from your balance to one destination. The process differs depending on whether you send funds internally to another World Account member or externally to a bank account.

2. Pay to Bank Account
