Falcon FX Overview

Falcon FX is an AI-driven FX cost optimization engine for cross-border businesses. Unlike traditional FX hedging that reacts to rate movements, Falcon FX predicts transaction volume — not rate direction — to pre-purchase foreign exchange at optimal cost and timing, reducing the markup charged for rate volatility coverage.
Falcon FX offers integrated foreign exchange optimisation capabilities, including MCP Lock-Price, RFQ Market-Price, Dynamic Pricing, and AnXin-Sell Hedging. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the most comprehensive cross-border FX cost optimisation experience.
There are 4 product modules to choose from, depending on your business scenario. All four modules can be flexibly combined, allowing a single integration to serve multiple business needs simultaneously.

How Falcon FX Works

Falcon FX is built on three interconnected layers: prediction, strategy, and execution.
Layer 1: Prediction
Feature engineering and volume forecasting using Transformer-based models with an average accuracy of 85%. Cold-start capability through similar dataset expansion, and special handling for promotions and weather events.
Layer 2: Strategy
Multi-strategy execution including cross-entity netting, fund pooling, pre-purchase hedging, trade splitting, and channel routing. A/B testing with P&L attribution.
Layer 3: Execution
Position flattening with external liquidity providers (banks) via ExecutionTrades. Multi-bank routing across the partner banks for automated settlement.

Core cost formula

FX Lock-Price Cost = Market Price + Volatility Markup × (1 − Prediction Accuracy)
The higher the prediction accuracy, the lower the volatility markup, and the more competitive the rate offered to clients.
