Request for Information
A Request for Information (RFI) is how WorldFirst asks a merchant to provide additional information or documents during compliance reviews, such as KYC onboarding checks or ongoing customer due diligence (CDD). Each RFI carries a set of questions that the merchant must answer, optionally with attachments, before the review can proceed.
Use these endpoints to list RFIs raised against an account, retrieve the full question details of a single RFI, and submit answers. A platform can also operate on behalf of a connected account by passing the
account-id
